In principle, we do not collect sensitive data (such as medical information). Should this be necessary (e.g. in the context of a job application), we will ask for your explicit consent.

Recruitment & hiring

  • Processing your application for open vacancies (e.g. Bobcat operator, crane operator).
  • Contacting you regarding your application.
  • Possibly keeping your details in an applicant pool (max. 12 months), unless you object.

Customer and supplier management

  • Preparing and following up on quotations, contracts, and invoicing.

Marketing & communication

  • Sending newsletters or campaigns if you subscribe to them.
  • Managing interactions via our social media channels.

Website use & security

  • Analyzing website traffic and optimizing our services.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

We always process personal data on the basis of one of the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract (or steps prior to entering into one, e.g. recruitment).
  • Legal obligation (e.g. tax or social legislation).
  • Consent (e.g. newsletter subscription, submission of data via Facebook Lead Ads).
  • Legitimate interest (e.g. recruitment, marketing within reasonable expectations).

5. Retention periods

  • Application data: maximum of 12 months after the end of the recruitment process (unless you explicitly agree to longer storage).
  • Customer/supplier data: as long as legally required (e.g. 7 years for tax documents).
  • Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.
  • Cookies: according to the periods stated in our cookie policy.

6. Sharing data with third parties

Your data is only shared with third parties if necessary for the purposes mentioned above. Examples:

  • IT and hosting providers (website management, CRM).
  • Marketing platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when you fill in a form via an advertisement.
  • Social secretariats and accountants (in case of employment).

With these parties, we conclude data processing agreements to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. Your data is generally not transferred outside the EU, except when you apply via Meta (USA). In that case, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. Examples include access control, secure servers, regular updates, and backups.

You always have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • have incorrect data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
